Lisbon

The Town of Lisbon is home to 4,338 residents and showcases the local 32.10 mile “scenic-road” stretching from Lisbon to the Massachusetts border. This route is well known for its spectacular year round views. Local children have the choice of attending the following schools:

Lisbon Central School (Pre K-8)

Griswold High School (9-12)

Norwich Free Academy (9-12)

In town, residents have access to campgrounds, shopping centers, the Shetucket River, via a boat launch, for boating and fishing activities as well as to 59 acres of land just off South Burnham Highway (Route 169) which includes baseball and soccer fields, walking trails.

While the town is only sixteen square miles, its recreation and historic sites, shopping and dining offer visitors a variety of opportunities to explore, shop, or just relax and enjoy.
