Bill Taylor is a Real Estate Manager at Wingstop, bringing more than two decades of experience in restaurant development and real estate. He grew up in Cromwell, Connecticut, and is a proud graduate of Xavier High School, Class of 1994, then graduated from Middlesex College with a degree in Communications.
Bill began his career in restaurant development with Subway, where he worked from 2003 to 2017, gaining extensive experience in site selection, market analysis, and franchise growth. He continued his development career with Domino’s from 2017 to 2022 before joining Wingstop, where he now supports strategic real estate initiatives and market expansion. Bill had several roles with these companies that include Operations Consultant, Development Director, and Construction Manager.
He is a graduate of the New England Real Estate Institute, a commissioned Notary Public, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Bill married his wife, Maria, in 2007, and together they have two children, Olivia and Georgie. They moved to Marlborough, CT in 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, working outdoors, traveling, marching in parades as a snare drummer with the Stony Creek Fife and Drum Corps, and spending quality time with his family.
